I also have a QP 9 under my car. I did the same thing and had them put the GM ends on it so I could reuse my factory rear brakes. They bolted right on, might have had to enlarge the axle hole slightly. I don’t remember, I put the thing in 10 years ago! I did have to enlarge the holes in the drums to fit the bigger wheel studs…
