12/19/2010 · That’s a great deal. Kestrel started in California in the 80’s making carbon fiber road frames. Possibly the pioneer builder of the monococque CF frame. I own a 200sci from the early 90’s and still ride it as my commuter. Excellent riding bike. I own an ’06 Evoke , as well, which looks similar to the newer model pictured.
